Indexxero · Retention readiness check
Drop in the subscription export you would hand an investor or buyer. This page checks which retention figures the file can support, and says in plain words why when it cannot. It does not calculate any retention percentage.
The page carries a security policy (connect-src 'none') that tells your browser to refuse every network request it tries to make, so there is nowhere for your file to go. If you would rather see it than take our word for it, disconnect from the internet now that the page has loaded. It still works.
A CSV export from your billing, subscription or CRM system. One row per account, or one row per account per month. Commas or semicolons both work.
The sample is invented data: a monthly subscription book of 100 made up accounts (SYN-M001 to SYN-M100) over 24 months, generated from a fixed seed. No real company is in it. Some accounts have their plan left blank on purpose, so you can see how the check reports a gap.
Our guess at what each column means. If a guess is wrong, change it and everything below is checked again.
| Role | Column in your file | What we saw |

One row per figure a diligence team usually asks for. Measurable means the file has what the figure needs. It does not mean the figure is good, and this page does not produce it.

A one page summary you can forward to an investor or advisor: the file name, the shape of the file, the verdicts above and what would fix each gap. It holds no rows, no account ids and no retention figures. Your browser builds it on this page, like everything else here.
This check tells you whether the file can support each figure. A pilot rebuilds one of them, gross revenue retention, on the same export:
Net revenue retention and cohort figures are not part of a pilot yet.
The first few pilots are free. We are a two person company in Dallas with no customers yet, and we have not yet run a real company's data. What we ask for in return is the story of how it went.
